Automatic High Speed Tunnel Type Vial Washing Machines. Models: DPLVW-T-120 and DPLVW-T-250
Tunnel type vial washing machine is designed to wash internal and external surface of vials in intermittent linear motion.
Vials are held into pockets while washing. It has 6 to 8 washing stations having three to five internal water washes of recycled water, purified water & WFI and three to five air washes where as to clean external surface it has one water and air wash. This washing cycles are flexible and can be customized as per client’s need.
The machine has 3 nos. of tanks respectively for recycled water, purified water & WFI with 3 nos. of centrifugal pumps to ensure proper pressure for cleaning.
