Automatic High Speed Rotary Ampoule Washing Machines. Models: DPRAW-240 and DPRAW-300

Rotary ampoule washing machines are designed to wash internal and external surface of ampoules in continuous rotary motion.

Ampoules are held by grippers which will invert its position to allow servo driven nozzles moving vertically in order to wash ampoules from the inside. It has 6 washing stations covered in dome, providing three types of internal water washes such as recycled water wash, purified water wash & WFI wash and three air washes where as to clean external surface it has one water and air wash controlled by PLC.

Automatic High Speed Multi-Axis Servo Driven Ampoule Filling and Sealing Machines. Models: DPAFS-240S and DPAFS-300S

The machines we offer are multi-axis servo driven ampoule filling and sealing machine which has servo system for all functions in machine.

The filling mechanism can be executed by means of rotary piston pumps or peristaltic pumps as per product characteristic and client's requirement.

It is a 100% multi axis servo driven machine having zero mechanical adjustments thereby giving an advantage of adjusting all settings through touch screen HMI without touching any component of machine.
