Liquid Filling Machine with Rubber Stoppering - Filler & Sealer Machinery for Bottles

The Automatic six head injectable liquid filling machine with rubber stoppering is produced using latest manufacturing practices at SB MACHINES. The injectable liquid filler and sealer machine performs a dual operation of filling the bottles with suitable liquid and placing rubber stopper on top of it in order to seal it. Thus, it is a highly efficient machine and finds extensive usage in pharmaceutical industries.

The filling machine for liquids has a fill capacity ranging from 0.5 ml to 100 ml. The working direction is from left to right and the machine boasts of an accuracy of ± 1 %. Up to 100-120 vials can be attended by liquid filling machine with rubber stoppering, per minute. The mechanism used in the rubber stoppering machine is of pick and place, where the pharmaceutical filling machine carries the rubber stopper and places it on the top of bottle. The bottle or vial size that can be accommodated varies from 2 ml to 100 ml.

NKP Pharma offers NKEW-100/200 as two variants of automatic external vial washing & drying machine. These machines are used to remove all the adulterants from vial surfaces and then dry them so that there are no traces of water molecules available. The main idea behind external vial washing & drying machine is to remove any product spillage from the outer surfaces of the vial.

The production rate of SBEW-100 is 100 vials/min, whereas, for SBEW- 200, it becomes 200 vials per minute for 5 ml quantity. They both need an electric supply of 5 HP with SBEW having an air requirement of 35 CFM and NKEW - 200 requiring 70 to 75 CFM. External vial drying machine can accommodate vials having size in the range of 2 ml to 100 ml and have working direction from left to right.

For example, one filling stage could initiate the filling process at a slower speed to minimize splashing, then rapidly increase fill speed for optimum output, and return to a reduced fill speed to provide necessary control at climax. This customization allows for the user to control all stages of the product filling operation.

Four Head Capping Machine

Specially designed pneumatically operated gripper type pick n place with torque adjustment rotary plastic screw capping machine suitable for screw cap or snap/press fit caps.

Bottles entering the machine are transferred to the turret star wheel where they are placed in the star wheel pockets to precisely align them underneath the capping heads. The rotating head with the cap descends onto the bottle and applies the cap with the desired torque
